A Fat Tank contains water mixed with CARBSOLVE® (Tiger Carbon Remover Powder) – a user-friendly, food-grade cleaning powder.
The solution is heated to 90°C, effectively eliminating harmful bacteria.
Soiled items are submerged in this solution for 1 to 24 hours, depending on the extent of the “Black Carbon” buildup.
Once cleaned and sanitized, items are rinsed with fresh water and are ready for immediate use.
The solution maintains its effectiveness for up to a month.

On a 28 day cycle, Fat Tank will provide comprehensive service, which includes:
1. Draining the tank
2. Thoroughly rinsing and cleaning the tank
3. Refilling the tank with fresh water and a new batch of CARBSOLVE® (Tiger Powder)
4. Handling all necessary repairs and maintenance of the tank
5. Conducting staff training as needed
